Alternate Ways of Voting Needed

Now that we have gone through the latest Canadian election, we have wound up with another Conservative minority government which is back where we were in the first place. With such a low voter turnout there definately needs to be alternate ways of voting to get the newer generation of voters involved, ie. secure online voting, phone in voting, and text message voting.
